Welcome to the Foundation of Heritage Community of Kalamazoo
In 1945, a group of Kalamazoo residents, who were concerned about the well-being of older adults, raised funds to purchase a building that would become the first community for residents to enjoy independent living and activities. They also provided the assurance that if, through unexpected circumstances, they could no longer cover their own living costs, their home would always be secure at Heritage Community of Kalamazoo.
Touched by Excellence.
With donations in all sizes and types, Heritage Community continues to assure residents a home, develop new programs and initiatives, provide scholarships to nursing staff, and expand our capacity to better serve our community now and in the years ahead.
Your contribution guarantees that Heritage Community will be the premier senior living provider that celebrates the whole person while embracing families and partnering with the community.
